Ladies... we have to take a stand on this way of thinking. Please stop normalizing "body goals" by saying you have one. Please silence the "no excuses" content on your feed. And PLEASE, if anything, please stop doing things to alter your body in a way that it was never intended to look. Our "fitness journey" should not be separate from our lifestyle, and our health should not just be something we work towards for an hour in the gym. And our health habits should not associate with this toxic "grind" mindset. Instead of shaming others and ourselves for our "weak mindsets," why don't we instead take that energy and direct it towards finding health habits that are sustainable to our current capacities.
